The PC version can be downloaded at archive.org
The download includes a DOSBox virtual machine running Windows 3.11. If you want to play the game without virtual machine, you can download my 32-bit engine which is compatible with all Windows Operating Systems beginning with Windows 95. It also runs in window mode.
To edit the scenes in the game, you can use my Scene Editor tool.
